We want you to be fully satisfied with your More Active purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS (14 DAYS)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must:

    • Be in the same condition as received
    • Unworn, unused, and free from marks, scents, make-up, or damage
    • Have all original tags attached
    • Be in the original packaging
    • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.

RETURN POSTAGE & COSTS

    • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping fees will be covered by More Active
    • For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as returns remain your responsibility until they reach us
    • Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns or exchanges

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order and return your original item within 14 days.

Return postage for exchanges is covered only for faulty or incorrect items.

Please use a tracked service and keep your postage receipt.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact hello@moreactivewear.co.uk immediately if you find any defects, damage, or you receive the wrong item.

If approved, we will arrange prompt resolution and cover reasonable return postage if applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns are not accepted for:
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
    • Custom or personalised products

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or card provider may require additional time for posting.

If your refund is not received after 15 business days, contact us at hello@moreactivewear.co.uk.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law.
    • UK Customers: You may cancel or return your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if the return conditions are met.
    • EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason if the return conditions are met.
