USER’S RIGHT TO ACCESS DATA AND REQUESTS

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may apply to our Company and make requests regarding the following matters about your personal data:

  1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  2. To request information if your personal data has been processed,

  3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it has been used in accordance with that purpose,

  4.  To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  5. Requesting the correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

  6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the scope of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,

  7. Requesting that the actions taken under paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  8. He/she does not object to the outcome arising against themselves as a result of the personal data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems.

  9. He/she has the right to request compensation for damages in case of suffering harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data subjects shall submit their requests arising from the Law through the "Data Subject Application Form." The Company will process application requests in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request, and will conclude them free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. In case of rejection, the reason(s) for the refusal will be notified in writing or electronically with justification.

The Data Subject undertakes that the personal data covered by this Disclosure Statement is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. In the event of any changes to their personal data, the Data Subject may inform the Company and request the updating of their personal data. The Company shall not bear any responsibility if the Data Subject fails to provide accurate and up- to-date information.

This Disclosure Statement may be revised by Mint Tekstil when deemed necessary. In cases where a revision occurs, the Data Subject will be informed accordingly.
